The FBT ProMaxX112a is a 2 way bi-amplified bass reflex design cabinet. With a specially developed polypropylene cabinet and stylish full grille aesthetic the ProMaxX 112A represents the next step in the evolution of a portable sound classic. The cabinet incorporates a 12" LF neodymium woofer with 2.5" voice coil and 1" exit throat B&C HF compresion driver with 1.4" voice coil; with a constat directivity horn (90øH x 60øV) that ensures accurate coverage with a frequency range from 48Hz to 20kHz. The speaker provides high fidelity sound for both speech and music applications with a maximum SPL of 133dB. Low frequencies are driven by a highly efficient 700W RMS class D topology- operating with extremely low THD; the high Frequency 200W is delivered via a Class H/AB design. Onboard is a powerful digital signal processing platform; a total of 6 pre-optimised settings are available- plus 2 further slots for users to form their own designs- using 5 parametric equalizers per slot. The two M10 suspension points along with the optional mounting bracket allow the speaker to be surface mounted on walls or ceilings and a standard 1.38" speaker stand socket allows the cabinet to be mounted on a speaker stand..
