Wella Professionals Color Touch Emulsion is the only creamy emulsion designed for use in combination with semi-permanent hair colors like Color Touch and Instamatic by Color Touch. When used with Color Touch hair color, it leaves the hair healthy, beautiful, and brilliantly shiny. Characteristics: activating emulsion 1.9% 6 vol. creamy emulsion for use with semi-permanent hair colors leaves hair healthy and radiant suitable for use on both wet and dry hair How to apply: Follow the enclosed instructions. Wear gloves. Apply Color Touch to washed and blow-dried hair. For a more intense color, apply to dry hair. Processing Time: Without heat: 20 minutes (15 minutes on previously colored or chemically treated hair). With heat (Climazon2): 15 minutes (10 minutes on previously colored or chemically treated hair). You can extend the processing time by 5 minutes if needed.
