(3%) developer. To cover grey hair, lighten your hair colour by up to 2 shades, or enhancing your colour, choose the 20 vol. (6%) developer. To lighten your hair by 2 to 3 shades, use the 30 vol. (9%) developer. For a stronger lightening effect of 3 to 4 shades, use the 40 vol. (12%) developer.
