The Schwarzkopf Professional IGORA Royal Highlifts permanent hair colour was developed to create dazzling blonde hair in a single step. Characteristics: offers a range of warm and cool blonde shades for everyone provides up to 100% coverage creates intense cool shades reliably lightens and neutralises the hair is suitable for all hair types Ingredients: Fibre Bond technology – eliminates hair breakages How to apply: the colour offers two shades: Ultra Blond and Special Blond. Both types should be mixed with the Igora Royal Oil or Igora Royal Naturals developer in a concentration of 30 vol. (9%) for more subtle lightening or 40 vol. (12%) for stronger lightening. Ultra Blond shades are used for hair with shade 7 or lower, and can lighten hair by up to four levels. Special Blond shades are used on hair of shade 6 and lighter and are able to lighten it by up to five levels.
