Wear like a regular sanitary pad for 20 minutes. Heating: place the pad in a microwave oven (16 seconds at 1250 watts, 19 seconds at 1000 watts or 25 seconds at 700 watts) or in hot water. Then massage it gently with your fingers to spread the heat evenly. Prior to use, always check to make sure that it isn’t too hot. Place it on your stomach for 20 minutes.
