The next layer adds spicy ginger, fresh freesia, aromatic sage, sparkling pink pepper, powdery orris, and the green jasmine aroma of hedione. The entire composition unites ambroxan with a touch of musk, earthy vetiver and sweet, smooth Tonka bean. Story of the fragrance: For centuries, grey ambergris has been one of the most valuable ingredients used in creating perfume. However, the fragrance of this substance only fully develops after long maturation in the sea. This is why perfume designers have been using a perfect laboratory made replacement: ambroxan.
