Mix 2cm of the dye with 10 drops of the RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15 to 20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream (oxidants are not included in the kit). Step 2: Use protective pads or RefectoCil papers and then apply the colour to dry and clean brows and lashes without makeup using a cotton bud. Step 3: Depending on the desired intensity, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes and then wipe off with a damp cotton pad. Keep your eyes closed until the product is completely removed.
