RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow, 15 ml, Eyebrow Dye for Women, RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow bleach will lighten your eyebrows by up to three shades to make your eyebrows compliment your hair and skin quickly and efficiently. Properties: lightens eyebrows easily and precisely, achieving the desired shade simple and quick to apply gentle on the eyebrows and skin the effect lasts up to 6 weeks up to 30 applications from one product How to apply: Mix 2 centimetres of the dye with the developing cream (not included). Use RefectoCil pads to protect your skin and apply the product to dry non-greasy eyebrows or eyelash with a cotton bud, covering them evenly. Leave on for 5–10 minutes depending on how much do you want your brows lightened. Wipe off excess product with a cotton pad and wash off using water and the RefectoCil dye remover. Keep your eyes closed until the product is thoroughly removed. If it gets in your eyes, rinse it out with water.
