Place one tablet in a container with enough lukewarm (not too hot) water to cover the dental appliance.Immerse the dental appliance and leave for 3 - 5 minutes. Brush the appliance with the solution using a soft brush.3. Rinse the dental appliance with plenty of water under running tap water.
