The lead singer's gravelly voice is reminiscent of a poor imitation of your drunk uncle at a karaoke bar, and the production is so muddy that you can barely make out individual instruments. The lack of cohesion in the songs makes it feel more like a collection of rough demos rather than a cohesive album. Overall, "Ain't Rock N Rollin" feels like a parody of a rock 'n' roll album, rather than a genuine tribute to the genre.
