BERGAMOTTO DI CALABRIA The bergamot is a hydrid between a bitter orange and a lemon.There are three types of bergamot: femminiello, castagnaro and fantastic. The Bergamotto Di Calabria contains the precious material called the ‘Bergamot sponge’. The extraction is still done manually.
