Ready for years of games and heavy footfall, the floor is also 12mm tongue and groove adding to the reliable build of this lovely playhouse. The roof, made from OSB and covered in felt, features pretty scalloped barge boards that add to the charm of this fine garden building. The overhang creates a delightful veranda area with railings either side - the perfect spot for a child's deck chair or to kick off welly boots. With its diamond window, cottage-style ring latch and old fashioned hinges, the single door makes a fine entrance into the summerhouse. Two Georgian-style windows with mitre-beading provide light to the interior and both open to offer ventilation.
